MPA, Founder & Chief Executive Advisor

Stephanie Williams is a faith-driven executive leader, strategist, and trusted advisor with more than 20 years of experience helping organizations build the infrastructure, systems, and leadership capacity necessary to achieve sustainable growth and community impact. Guided by her Christian faith and a commitment to servant leadership, Stephanie has dedicated her career to strengthening nonprofit organizations, government agencies, and mission-driven institutions that serve individuals, families, and communities.

Throughout her career, Stephanie has held executive and senior leadership roles in local government and the nonprofit sector, leading complex initiatives in organizational development, strategic planning, grant management, compliance, fiscal oversight, operational excellence, and victim services. She is recognized for transforming organizational challenges into opportunities for growth by developing practical, scalable solutions that improve performance, accountability, and long-term sustainability.

Stephanie holds advanced degrees in Organizational Leadership and Public Administration & Service, providing a unique blend of leadership expertise, public-sector insight, and operational strategy. Her experience spans government, nonprofit, community-based organizations, and grant-funded programs, where she has successfully secured and managed millions of dollars in public and private funding while strengthening organizational infrastructure and compliance.

Recognizing a growing need for executive-level infrastructure and strategy support, Stephanie founded JSE Infrastructure & Strategy Advisors to help organizations move beyond survival and into sustainable success. Through a comprehensive approach that integrates governance, operations, compliance, fiscal strategy, capacity building, and leadership development, she partners with clients to build strong foundations that support meaningful and lasting impact.

Stephanie's mission is simple: to help organizations build the infrastructure behind their vision so they can maximize their purpose, expand their reach, and transform the communities they serve.
